Hospersa launches Young Workers Forum (Media Releases)

16 June 2010.Each provincial executive structure of HOSPERSA nominated a young union shop steward, who would serve on a national structure for young workers,to develop the agenda and strategy for young workers and youth in our country.
Young union members have a pivotal role to play in the labour market - fighting to maintain and sustain decent jobs, encouraging their peers at school, school drop-outs and those who are unemployed to prepare themselves for decent work. Young Workers also need to ensure access to life-long learning and learning on the job, to enhance the country’s skills base and making the future a better one for all.
