Hospersa’s skilled team of negotiators are tasked with the broad goal of promoting the economic and social welfare of workers. They negotiate for fair remuneration as well as the protection and improvement of service benefits.
Meet the Team
Rifos Mahlakhe, Executive Manager, Collective Bargaining:
represents Hospersa at Labour caucuses and Principal meetings of the Independent Labour Caucus (ILC).
Susan Ntlatleng, National Collective Bargaining Co-ordinator:
is the face of Hospersa members at the Public Health and Social Development Sectoral Bargaining Council (PHSDSBC) where she plays a role in Council meetings, FINCOM, task teams and Labour caucuses. Ntlatleng also sits in the Chambers of the Public Sector Co-ordinating Bargaining Council (PSCBC) and the PHSDSBC for the North West, Limpopo and Mpumalanga. She represents members at the SA Vroue Federasie (SAVF) and serves on the SA Social Security Agency’s (SASSA’s) Employment Equity National Committee.
Bongi Khuzwayo, Collective Bargaining Negotiator:
represents Hospersa at the: Education Labour Relations Council (ELRC); SASSA; Louis Pasteur Hospital; National Health Laboratory Services (NHLS); SA National Blood Service (SANBS); Public Sector Provincial Chambers for KwaZulu-Natal, Eastern Cape and Western Cape; and Ezemvelo KZN Wildlife.
Mashudu Nkosi, Hospersa Researcher:
represents Hospersa at the General Public Service Sector Bargaining Council (GPSSBC) – on Council, FINCOM and task teams. He also serves on the PHSDSBC National Chamber and the Free State, Gauteng and Northern Cape Provincial Chambers.
Darron Minnaar, National Coordinator Collective Bargaining, Private Sector:
brings a wealth of experience to the table in negotiations with private sector employers, including Netcare, Netcare 911, Medicross, PrimeCure, LIFE Healthcare and the Compass Group.
