Unfair dismissal
Hospersa vigilantly guards this right and will represent members in any proceedings related to the employment relationship. A dedicated case management team is in place to assist members and shop stewards in disciplinary enquiries, unfair dismissals, unfair labour practices or any other matter at all levels, in Labour Court, CCMA, at bargaining council level and in the workplace.
