The Collective Bargaining Department plays a pivotal role in regulating relations between employees and employers. Hospersa focuses on workplace matters and believes in workers’ right to be treated with dignity and respect, and to have full employment. Hospersa negotiates with employers on matters including:

  • Conditions of service;
  • Employment equity plans;
  • Occupational health and safety;
  • and Organisational restructuring.
